Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night.
This verse could be applied to current events. The person who delights and meditates on God’s Word submits to His will. There’s been a slowly evolving trend of removing God from our schools, our towns, and even in our speech. What’s replaced His presence is chaos. Those who have advocated for this don’t want to admit that this is the cause for much of the violence and immorality. Lord, open the eyes of those who have pushed you away, allow them to see your goodness.
