Oh, if we only had the faith of a mustard seed. We all want our faith to be ironclad, we want to be warriors for God. Sometimes we’re surprised at our own lack of faith in certain situations. Praying for increased faith should be a daily activity, God has amazing things in store for those who rely on Him.

Joyful are people of integrity, who follow the instructions of the lord . Joyful are those who obey his laws and search for him with all their hearts.

DEVOTION

People look up to and follow those who posses integrity. It takes a strong person to hold fast to there faith when the world is throwing them signals to do just the opposite. We must continue in the ways of the Lord, for others need righteous instruction.

DEVOTION

When we go through trials there’s nothing more amazing than having a true friend. A friend who encourage you is a true blessing. No one should have to go through this life alone, God created us to seek out relationships. A friend is a true gift from God.

Following Christ is not for the faint of heart, it’s life in the trenches of spiritual warfare and trials. As we put our full faith in Christ and rely on him to be our strength we will see his full glory revealed. We cannot survive without him.

DEVOTION

Holding your tongue is an amazingly hard thing to do when someone is wrongfully getting in your face. Our first inclination is to defend ourselves, but in many cases it’s better to be silent and calm. As Christians we have to be different, we have to stand apart from this world and draw others into a saving relationship with Jesus in the way we respond to others.

Restore My Soul

DAILY VERSE

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul.

DEVOTION

Shepherds guide their flock in a way that will keep them nourished and safe. As our shepherd, Jesus will guide us on a good path, he’ll make sure we are cared for, and he will fill us with the Holy Spirit, restoring our relationship to the Father.

You can choose to bring people down, argue, be spiteful; or you can choose to lift people up. Giving control of your thoughts and what comes out of your mouth over to the Holy Spirit will allow you to be a blessings to others.
